RV Smells has no accounts and no membership. The guides are free. Ads pay for the hosting.

Checklists on your device

When you tick a box, the checkmark is saved in this browser’s localStorage under a key for one RV. It does not go to our server. Clearing this site’s data in your browser clears the list.

We don’t run a user database

There is no login, no newsletter form, and no comment system on these pages. We do not sell a list of readers.

Advertising

The guides are free. After Google AdSense (or a similar network) is connected, Google may show ads and use cookies or similar tech to measure whether they ran and to limit how often you see the same ad. Until then, this site does not load advertiser cookies.

Hosting

The site is served from Cloudflare. Cloudflare receives the usual server logs a host gets (IP address, browser type, which page was requested) to deliver the pages and keep the network up.
